Bye Nancy

Today was supposed to be just an ordinary day. Last nite planned to do all the regular stuffs, start calling and inviting for the next biz meeting.

But this morning was quite different.

It started with just one text message from my biz partner in Penang.
It was a sad news. We lost our beloved friend and biz partner in Sg. One humble and quite lady, Ms. Nancy Poh. It was quite a shocking news for all of us around the region, since first of all, she's only 43 years old, still active, no symptoms of any danger illness.

"...Dear Friends, Nancy Poh just passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Apparently a virus that started like stomach flu 2 days ago. Was admitted to A&E last nite, but she left us about 6 hours ago. Please pray for Hock Seng and the girls..."

"..Nancy had been having a flu since Monday. She vomited at Park Mall during the day (30 Jun, month-end closing). The following day she was too ill to attend the MADE Anniversary function. Last night (2 July) at 10pm, Hock Seng took her to the hospital to put her on a drip as she hadn't been eating well. Her blood pressure was low. The X-Ray showed an infection of the lung and further tests alarmed the doctors who then informed Hock Seng that the virus had attacked the heart and to prepare for the worst. By then Nancy was no longer conscious. He got his 3 girls to the hospital and they were all together when Nancy passed away peacefully at about 4.45am..."

"..Dear Friends, with a heavy heart I pass you the sad news that Hock Seng just lost his beloved wife Nancy.. I was just informed that Nancy passed away last night due to a viral infection. Our hearts go out to Hock Seng... "

But then, God decide differently. Nancy had to go.

We'll missed you Nancy!
